SLS Vibrating Screen The SLS Vibrating Screen manufactured by Green R&D is a new-generation screening equipment developed to meet the requirements for multi-grade particle size classification in aggregate production lines and high environmental protection standards. It achieves multi-level particle size grading and addresses the bottleneck of insufficient screening efficiency by increasing the number of screen layers. Featuring a fully enclosed structure, the screening body ensures stable operation, energy efficiency, and user-friendly operation.The working principle utilizes two vibration motors or four counter-rotating side-plate motors arranged in pairs as the excitation source. Through the self-synchronization achieved by reverse rotation of motors/motor groups, the equipment generates linear vibration trajectories with a design amplitude range of 5-7mm.
